How to buy

Find the product(s) you wish to buy and add them to the cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. When you review your cart contents, click on the “Order Products from the Cart” button and a form will open to fill in by providing your information: name, surname, address …

Choose the delivery method (usually the courier service that brings the item to your home address). You will immediately get the info of how much you pay for the delivery service. 

After that, you must choose the payment method (by direct payment to our company’s account or by cash on delivery – select the option) 

Then click the “Order” button, after which we will contact you and confirm the order. Also, you will receive all the information about the purchase order by e-mail. 

Payment 

Payment options:                                        

  1. After you order through the website, you can request a pro-forma invoice, which we will forward to you by e-mail. Based on the data from the pro-forma invoice, using a general payment slip that you fill in yourself, you make the payment at the nearest bank or post office. Your goods will then arrive at your home address via our courier service within 96 hours, according to previously agreed conditions. 
  2. The second payment method is cash on delivery. When ordering goods, if you select the Cash on Delivery option, then the courier service delivers the goods to you and you will give money to them (the price of the item with included delivery fee and the payment option you have chosen) 

Delivery time                      

If you have made an order during the working week (Mon-Fri), it will be sent within 48 hours from the day of ordering. 

If you made an order during the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), it will be sent on Monday. 

 

Warranty                       

The warranty is prescribed by the Consumer Protection Act.

Damaged and / or defective goods can be replaced after 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods and the costs of replacing the damaged and / or defective goods shall be borne by the seller. 

NOTE: The warranty on electric vehicles is void if they are used for rental services and similar commercial activities. 

Complaints policy

Transport costs for the return of goods subject to complaint shall be borne by the buyer 

It is possible to receive a refund for damaged and / or defective goods within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. There are several ways to get a refund. In practice, it has been shown that the safest way for both parties is for the seller to send money through the courier service, and for the buyer to hand over damaged and / or defective goods to the courier delivering the money. 

In the case of returning the goods and refund to the customer of the money previously paid by a payment card, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for return, RING SPORT D.O.O. shall make a refund exclusively through VISA, EC / MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will make a refund to the cardholder’s account at the request of the seller.
